For a professional and natural wording, I’d suggest:
If you notice any misuse of Soulmate.lk, suspicious activity, inappropriate content, or a member who appears to be violating our guidelines, please contact the Admin immediately.
Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment for everyone.
A shorter version suitable for a website notice or footer:
Notice any misuse? Please contact the Admin and report it to us. Your safety matters to Soulmate.lk.
